Delivery dates and times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, site access, or operational requirements. Avon Synthetics is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for ensuring:
- Clear and safe access to the delivery location
- Suitable space for unloading
- Compliance with all site safety requirements
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, unsafe site conditions, incorrect delivery details, or no authorised person available, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Risk & Responsibility on Delivery
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the nominated delivery address.
Where goods are left unattended at the customer’s request or due to site conditions, Avon Synthetics accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Photographic evidence may be taken at the time of delivery and retained as proof of delivery. 

9. Customer Collection (Pick Up)
Customers may collect goods from Avon Synthetics’ nominated collection location by prior arrangement only.
Collection times must be confirmed in advance. Goods will not be released without appropriate order confirmation or identification.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer immediately upon collection.
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable vehicles, load restraints, and compliance with all applicable transport, safety, and road regulations.
10. Damage, Shortages & Claims
All goods must be inspected at the time of delivery or collection.
Any claims relating to shortages, visible damage, or discrepancies must be reported to Avon Synthetics within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may be deemed acceptance of the goods.
11. Failed Deliveries & Site Safety
Avon Synthetics delivery drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if site conditions are deemed unsafe.
The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements at the delivery or collection location.
Where a delivery attempt fails due to site conditions, access issues, or incorrect information, a re-delivery fee may apply.
12. Third-Party Tools & Feedback
Our website may provide access to third-party tools or links for convenience. These are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsements.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services.
