Refund policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all products supplied by Avon Synthetics and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service. 
1. General Policy
Returns are accepted only in accordance with this policy.
All requests for returns or refunds must be approved in writing by Avon Synthetics prior to goods being returned.
2. Damaged Or Incorrect Goods
Claims for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods must be made in writing within five (5) business days of delivery or collection.
Claims must include:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence where applicable
- Failure to notify Avon Synthetics within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
3. Returns Conditions
Returned goods will only be accepted where:
- The return has been approved in writing by Avon Synthetics
- Goods are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Goods are returned in original packaging
- Goods are suitable for resale
Avon Synthetics reserves the right to reject returned goods that do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law:
- Installed or partially installed products
- Cut-to-length, custom, or special-order products
- Products damaged after delivery or collection
- Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)
5. Change Of Mind
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted unless expressly agreed in writing by Avon Synthetics.
Where approved, restocking, handling, and freight charges may apply.
6. Refunds & Replacements
Where a return is approved, Avon Synthetics may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue a refund for the product value only
Refunds do not include:
- Freight or delivery charges
- Handling or restocking fees
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Return Shipping & Costs
Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with
returning goods.
Risk remains with the customer until returned goods are received and inspected by Avon Synthetics.

Please include order details, description of the issue, and supporting evidence.
9. Policy Changes
Avon Synthetics reserves the right to amend this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. The current version will be published on our website
